An appeal court in United States gave a strong blow to the health reform sought by President Barack Obama. After reviewing the reform, the judge noted that part of it, adopted in 2010, is contrary to the Constitution. It is about he paragraph that stipulates all Americans to pay for health insurance even to people who do not have it, will be applied legal penalties.
The rejected part from the court is expected to be submitted to the Congress for review in accordance with the U.S Constitution.
